Wigton Windfarm has officially changed the company’s name to Wigton Energy Limited.
This name change was approved at the energy renewable company’s 2024 annual general meeting held on October 11, 2024.

The Registrar of Companies has approved the name change with the relevant Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name being issued by the Companies Office of Jamaica.
As such, the newly registered name, Wigton Energy Limited, will be reflected on the Jamaica Stock Exchange soon.
