1. Self-taught Chef

Although popular for his culinary skills, Rameish never received professional training. Although his family owned the Night Chef restaurant, a lot of what this rising chef makes is experimental.

Before delving into the culinary world, Rameish pursued music. However his work in the dancehall genre did not last, and his passion was translated to the kitchen.

3. Patent for his ackee ice cream

Following the creation of his ackee ice-cream Chef Rameish ensured he copyrighted the product. He patented the product at the Jamaica Intellectual Property Office (JIPO).

4. Never liked cooking

Although famous for his culinary skills, Chef Rameish was never a fan of cooking. In fact, he shared that in his younger years he was forced to cook.
