Saint Lucia’s high jump star Levern Spencer has added another proud moment to her career, receiving the Black Excellence Award for Outstanding Sportsmanship at a ceremony in Atlanta, Georgia. The honour was presented by Saint Lucia’s Consul General, Darrel Montrope, during the annual Black Excellence Awards hosted by African Awards USA at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.
