A cold front is expected to move across the island this evening before stalling just east or across Jamaica by Saturday morning.
For the weekend, expect cooler temperatures for the island, along with windy conditions and occasional showers mainly across northern parishes due to the presence of the Frontal System.
Thisafternoonshowers and possible thunderstorms are expected across sections of western and north-central parishes. Lingering nighttime showers are also expected, especially across northern parishes.
