Amazon announced on Friday, July 12, that the roll-out of its AI-powered shopping assistant Rufus is now accessible to all U.S. customers through the Amazon Shopping app.
The tool, located at the bottom right of the app’s navigation bar, is designed to help customers find and compare products and get recommendations on what to buy.
Rufus has been trained on Amazon’s product catalogue and extensive data from the web and is designed to assist customers in navigating their shopping journey seamlessly while providing personalised recommendations.
