After winning the just-ended test series against Sri Lanka 1-0, the West Indies have gone up four points in the World Test Championship (WTC) 2025-27 standings.
Sri Lanka also collected four valuable WTC points for the drawn second match at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in North Sound, Antigua on Tuesday (July 7). However, the points did not change either team’s position in the WTC 2025-27 table.
Sri Lanka remains sixth in the WTC 2025-27 standings, with their points tally increasing from 16 to 20. However, their percentage points table (PCT) dropped from 44.44 to 41.67.
West Indies, on the other hand, improved their PCT from 14.81 to 16.67, although they remain eighth in the standings.

West Indies will next face Pakistan in a two-match Test series at home. The first Test is scheduled to be played at the Brian Lara Stadium in Tarouba, Trinidad, from July 25, while the Queen’s Park Oval in Port of Spain, Trinidad, will host the second Test from August 2.
