As Jamaica celebrates its 62nd birthday this coming Independence Week, the lifestyle crowd is buzzing with excitement for the highly anticipated Best Weekend Ever.

The event is now in its third year, and Smirnoff returns as the title sponsor, joined by Johnnie Walker, Casamigos, Tanqueray, Don Julio, Pink Gin, and Rum Stripe as key collaborators.

For Day Break, elevate your style game with a look like this Lila pants set from Rhea Imani’s Resort’24 collection. Opt for similar bold and bright pants or skirts, paired with a matching crop top or a statement sleeve top, and complete the look with strappy heels and your favourite accessories. This year, the action unfolds in St. Ann, where fashion mavens and party enthusiasts will converge for high-energy performances, surprises, and stage cameos.

The five-day celebration, from August 2–6, promises luxurious entertainment and exclusivity, with seven stylish gatherings, each with its own unique dress code.

The fun kicks off with the Fete Ready “Candyland”-themed I Love Soca Cooler Festival on August 2, where vibrant and playful outfits are a must.

The following day, August 3, brings two events: the “Moroccan” themed Daybreak, where brunch chic is the dress code, and Milk and Honey, where fashionable pink attire is encouraged.

The excitement continues on August 4 at Zimi Seh Beach, where beach sexy vibes take centre stage. This is followed by the “Old School, New School” themed Rise and Toast on August 5, which invites guests to don their best brunch attire. Allure, also on August 5, calls for stylish beach chic.

The grand finale, Late Check-Out on August 6, requires attendees to wear their best “Bare As You Dare” swimwear.
