
The Board of Directors of Caribbean Producers (Jamaica) Limited (CPJ) is pleased to announce the appointment of John De Silva to the Board of Directors, effective April 30, 2026.
De Silva is a highly distinguished Corporate and Executive Director with over 30 years of experience in General Management, Supply Chain, and Finance across the Caribbean, Latin America, and Europe. His appointment comes at a strategic juncture, as CPJ continues to integrate its regional operations and drive operational excellence.

New Director at Guardian Holdings
Guardian Holdings advises of the appointment of a new Director, Patrick Solomon. His appointment was confirmed at the group’s Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2026.
KREIT makes board sub-committees changes

Kingston Properties (KPREIT) has made a number of changes to its board sub-committees.
•Appointments: As indicated in its advisory of February 26, 2026, Frederick Williams has been appointed as a Director of the Company with effect from March 2, 2026. Williams has also been appointed to serve as a member of the Audit Committee.
In addition, Gladstone “Tony” Lewars will now serve on the Audit Committee. Rezworth Burchenson has been appointed to serve on the Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee.
•Resignations: John “Mitchie” Bell has resigned as an external member of the Audit Committee along with Rezworth Burchenson.
KPREIT confirms that these resignations are not related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or any other material issue having an impact on the Audit Committee or the members’ ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
New Marketing and Sales Director at Tryall Golf & Beach Club

The Tryall Golf & Beach Club in Jamaica has appointed Linda Lawrence as its new director of sales and marketing. She brings more than 20 years of hospitality sales experience to the role, most recently working as a sales and marketing consultant.
Lawrence also previously spent a decade as director of sales and marketing at Round Hill Hotel and Villas and 12 years in senior sales roles at Half Moon Jamaica. In her new role, Lawrence aims to strengthen the travel industry relationship with the goal of boosting leisure and group sales at the resort. She will also renew The Tryall Club’s focus on its luxury positioning.
The 2,200-acre, private villas resort is known for its elevated amenities, world-class golf course, and high-end personalised service. “Her deep industry expertise, strong global relationships and proven ability to drive results make her an exceptional addition to our leadership team” explains Tryall’s Managing Director, Kenton Jones.
