PanJam Investment is advising that, effective November 11, 2022, Paul Hanworth has ceased being its executive director. He however remains a director on the Board.

Also, PanJam is announced that Philip Armstrong has been confirmed as its chief strategy officer, with September 22, 2022 the effective date of appointment.

EquityLine appoints independent Director

EquityLine Mortgage Investment Corporation is announcing the appointment of Brian Koscak to its board as an independent director, effective November 10, 2022.

Brian Koscak

He is known and respected in the private capital markets and adds additional strength to the board’s current strong governance focus. The CEO says the company is lucky to have Brian onboard as an independent director.

Brian Koscak has been the vice president and head of business & legal affairs to a film, television and media financing company and its affiliates located in Toronto, Ontario since November 2019. Between 2015 and 2019, Koscak was the president, chief compliance officer and general counsel of a large exempt market dealer based in Calgary, Alberta that was also registered as a portfolio manager and investment fund manager.

Prior to July 2015, Koscak was a partner in the Toronto office of a national Canadian law firm where he specialised in capital markets and securities compliance and regulatory law with an emphasis on private and public financings, investment funds and securities registration and compliance matters.
