Flavours, music, and vibrant cultural expression filled the air at Sabina Park on March 6, as CIBC Caribbean, in partnership with Visa, showcased an all-inclusive masterpiece around the themes: ChopStix, Pork Palooza, Crisp and Picante.
The event delivered an engaging and immersive experience at the Jamaica Food and Drink Festival as part of the festival’s highly anticipated Decade 2.0 celebration.
Festival patrons were welcomed into a lively CIBC Caribbean activation space that blended culinary excellence, digital engagement, and memorable experiences. Guests were treated to an inspired menu curated by award-winning culinary visionary Brian Lumley, who delighted food lovers with standout dishes including Crispy Prawns with Peri Peri Mayo and Jack Daniels Glazed Ribs — bold flavours that quickly became favourites among attendees.
Complementing the culinary experience were expertly crafted beverages, including the refreshing Crimson Royale mocktail and the signature Rogue 75 cocktail, adding a sophisticated flair to the evening’s festivities.
Visitors also enjoyed an array of interactive elements designed to enhance the festival experience. A striking photo booth allowed patrons to capture personalised photos that were printed instantly as keepsakes and also delivered digitally to their email — creating lasting memories from the night.
Guests also participated in a CIBC interactive digital game, which offered exciting opportunities to win prizes, while branded giveaways such as CIBC disco ball cups and LED light-up fans added a fun and practical touch.
Jennifer Fuller, director of enterprise payments, cards & merchant services at CIBC Caribbean, highlighted the long-standing relationship between the bank and Visa.
