ECB may cut rates below neutral, Rehn says

FRANKFURT (Reuters)—The European Central Bank may cut interest rates below neutral and keep maximum flexibility, ECB policymaker Olli Rehn said on Monday.

Rehn, Finland’s central bank governor, also said underlying price pressures were easing and US trade tariffs were mostly increasing downside risks to inflation.
