Jamaica’s All Schools teams fought bravely but lost the CASA Youth Classic final 1-3 to Rush on penalties after battling to a 1-1 draw in normal time at Lauderhill Sports Park, Florida, on Sunday.

Excelsior High’s top striker, Kimarly Scott, scored for the Jamaica All Schools team for his second goal in three matches.

It was a very good trip for the Jamaican teams as they defeated Tekkerz 4-0 before blanking a Spanish Under-19 team, ESP 2-0, to reach the final.

The Jamaican All-School team was the 2025 champion and is now the runner-up.

But they would have left Florida with their heads high, as Kaden Young, who represents St Catherine High and Racing United, stood out like a beacon, scoring four goals in his three games.

On the defensive end, the team only conceded once, that’s in the final, while scoring seven goals.
