Company onboards two new executives to its real estate subsidiary

Kintyre Holdings (JA) formerly iCreate has onboarded two new executives, as it strengthens its management team in pursuit of growth and expansion through acquisition and partnerships.

The two new recruits are Messrs. Randy Mattis and Seretse Bell. They have been appointed as Co-Chief Executive Officers of Parallel Real Estate Ventures Limited, a subsidiary of Kintyre Holdings (JA) Limited. 

Kintyre Holdings (JA) which just last month transitioned from iCreate has been laying the groundwork for expansion and diversification, going into the real estate market, which it seeks to exploit benefits for shareholders. 

The Tyrone Wilson-led management has big plans for its real estate subsidiary and is beefing up its management team there.

Assignments for new recruits

Mattis brings extensive experience managing development projects and previously led iCreate’s creative agency, successfully delivering campaigns for several blue-chip clients. 

As Co-CEO, Mattis will focus on Development Projects, including leading the execution of The Chalet, the company’s flagship real estate project in Discovery Bay, St Ann, and driving other strategic initiatives. 

As for Bell, he is an experienced business development professional, who previously served as Chief Business Development Officer at COK Sodality Cooperative Credit Union, where he spearheaded revenue growth and operational advancements. 

As Co-CEO, Bell will oversee Kintyre Holdings’ revenue and business operations, including the expansion of Parallel RENO, its division specializing in commercial and residential renovations. 

As a subsidiary of Kintyre Holdings, Parallel Real Estate Ventures is poised to deliver exceptional value for shareholders through innovative real estate development and operational excellence under their leadership.
