Mayberry Investments Limited will be playing an instrumental role in facilitating a J$220 million bond raise for electronic retail company, Innovative Systems Limited.

With this investment, Innovative Systems, a subsidiary of Growth-Tech Group, will be looking to expand its operations and business lines.

Dan Theoc, vice-president of investment banking at Mayberry Investments, explained the move to invest in Innovative Systems.

“We’re always on the lookout for exceptional investment opportunities, especially companies that we can nurture and take to higher heights through an initial public offering (IPO). Over the past decade, Mayberry has proudly brought more companies to the public stage than any other investment bank,” he said.

With its wealth of expertise and strategic guidance, Mayberry has committed to seeing to it that Innovative Systems  achieves its expansion goals as one of the leading electronic retailers in Jamaica.

Theoc added, “Our role as financial advisors goes beyond the ordinary. We meticulously analyse business plans, fine-tune companies’ financial structure in order that they each their goals. We firmly believe that the electronic retail market is poised for phenomenal growth.”

Innovative Systems, part of the Growth-Tech Group, joins sister companies Bumble Bee Digital Agency and Brain Boxx Solutions as they look to make their impression felt.

The recently raised capital of $220 million serves as a launching pad for Innovative Systems’ two-year expansion strategy.

“With Mayberry Investments by our side, we have the financial backing and strategic guidance to awaken this giant and propel it to unparalleled heights in the electronic retail industry. This investment is a testament to our shared vision of unlocking the full potential of Innovative Systems and solidifying its position as an industry leader,” said executive chairman of Innovative Systems, Garth Walker.

Recognising the vital role small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play in shaping the economy, Mayberry Investments is dedicated to empowering these dynamic businesses, fueling growth, and creating opportunities for success.

“We firmly believe that the SME sector holds the greatest potential for economic growth in Jamaica. With a steadfast focus on the junior stock market, Mayberry Investments opens doors for SMEs, granting them invaluable opportunities and access to capital that fuel their meteoric rise,” said Theoc.
