The NCB Financial Group has announced several board-level changes, following management configurations by the Jamaica-based banking conglomerate in the latter part of 2023.

The company, in a brief statement, noted that the changes are at both the group level and at its subsidiary, NCB Jamaica.

The changes will see:

  • Gary Brown, who was elected to the Board of NCB Financial Group at the annual general meeting in February, has been appointed lead independent director.
  • Sandra Glasgow resigned as a director of NCBFG effective March 20 but will continue to serve as director on the boards of NCB Jamaica and Clarien Bank Limited.
  • Sanya Goffe resigned as a director of NCBJ effective March 20 but will remain on the board of directors of NCBFG.
  • John Bailey was appointed as a director of NCBJ on February 21.
