The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising that its Santa Cruz Commercial office in St Elizabeth has been reopened to the public, as part of ongoing efforts to restore full customer service operations following the passage of Hurricane Melissa.

However, the Lucea Commercial Office in Hanover and the Savanna-la-Mar Commercial Office in Westmoreland remain closed.

Customers may also contact the NWC through Web Chat via the NWC’s website nwcjamaica.com; email at [email protected]; or contact via the NWC Mobile App.

In addition, customers may connect with the NWC via it social media platforms:

The NWC continues to express appreciation to customers for their patience and understanding as the company works to fully restore all systems and services affected by Hurricane Melissa on Tuesday, October 28.

The NWC apologises to its valued customers for any inconvenience caused and thanks them for understanding.
