As preparations continue for Carnival 2026, Soldanza has partnered with GenXS to bring its range of plantain-based snacks directly into the band’s road experience through in-band distribution and lunch stop activations.
The collaboration will see Soldanza integrated across key moments of the GenXS Carnival journey, providing accessible snack options designed to support masqueraders throughout the day. The partnership aligns with GenXS’ 2026 theme, INFINITI, which focuses on sustained energy, movement, and continuous experience on the road.
Soldanza’s presence will include the introduction of its new Cheese & Chili Plantain Chips, a product positioned as a bold addition to its existing lineup. The chips, along with other offerings, will be distributed within the band and featured at the GenXS lunch stop, where thousands of masqueraders are expected to pass through during the course of Carnival Sunday.

“Soldanza is bringing bold flavour to the road this Carnival season through an exciting partnership with GenXS,” said Jenelle Longinius, Brand Manager.
“Perfectly matched for the vibrant Carnival vibe, Soldanza’s plantain chips and curated pairings will be enjoyed in-band and at the lunch stop, keeping revellers energised all day. The collaboration also introduces the new Cheese & Chili Plantain Chips, an irresistible blend of heat and flavour designed to elevate the GenXS experience from start to finish.
“Carnival is all about energy and enjoyment, and Soldanza fits right into that vibe. With GenXs, we’re bringing bold flavours to the road and giving revelers the perfect snack to keep them going all day.”
“From the GenXS perspective, the partnership reflects a continued focus on integrating brands in ways that support the overall functionality of the road experience.

“This partnership is about enhancing the experience in a way that feels natural to the road,” said J’Nelle Bailey, Sponsorship Coordinator for GenXS Jamaica.
“Soldanza has products that people can actually enjoy throughout the day, so it’s not just branding, it’s adding something functional that supports the energy and pace of Carnival.”
The inclusion of Soldanza highlights a broader approach to partnerships within the Carnival space, where brands are integrated into the experience in practical ways that align with participant needs. With Carnival Sunday expected to attract thousands of masqueraders, the collaboration contributes to a more structured and experience-driven approach to product integration on the road.
As GenXS moves closer to Carnival 2026, partnerships such as this continue to shape a road experience built not only on music and visuals but also on sustained energy throughout the day.
