Tom’Brady’s GOAT status was reaffirmed last night (December 5) after he led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a fourth quarter comeback against the New Orleans Saints in the NFL.

The Buccaneers were down 16-3 and came back to win 17-16.

It was a scintillating last five minutes which ranks among Brady’s signature moments.

Tom Brady worked his magic – again.

“Just like we drew it up. Everyone contributed. They (the Saints) are a hard team to beat. I’m just glad we won. They have a great defence and they played very physical,” said Brady after last night’s game.

“ As great as Tom Brady is, and as much as we recognise him as the GOAT, there comes moments in time when you realise not even that really describes or justifies the level of greatness that should be accorded to him. He is something special. He is a born winner.”

Brady’s stats were: 36-54, 281 yards, 2 TDs, 1 Int.

Last night he completed his 44th come-from-behind win in the fourth quarter, the most in NFL history.

Aged 45 now, Brady is again being recognised as the greatest quarterback of all time.

The question is, can the Buccaneers make the playoffs?

“ As great as Tom Brady is, and as much as we recognise him as the GOAT, there comes moments in time when you realise not even that really describes or justifies the level of greatness that should be accorded to him. He is something special. He is a born winner,” said ESPN broadcaster and commentator Stephen A. Smith.
