The Campari Sandz celebration is heading back to where it all started – on the beach. This Thursday, August 6, the highly anticipated Campari Sandz returns to Fort Clarence Beach, Portmore, and aims to bring thousands of party-goers together for an unforgettable “Back 2 Basics” cooler fete experience.
With the Blueprint (Wear Blue) theme setting the tone, patrons are encouraged to dress in their favourite shades of blue, pack their coolers with their Campari and other aperitifs and prepare for a full day of premium entertainment, high-energy performances and signature Campari vibes as the island celebrates another year of independence.
Sponsored by Campari, arguably one of Jamaica’s leading entertainment brands, Sandz continues to be one of Jamaica’s marquee events, blending the country’s love for music, beach culture and premium experiences into one massive celebration.

This year’s staging promises an explosive lineup featuring live performances from some of dancehall’s rising heavy hitters, including Top Banks and Feloni19 among others, guaranteeing nonstop excitement and energy from beginning to end.
Keeping the energy alive between performances will be an elite roster of selectors including DJ Mac, DJ Baba, DJ Don Hot, DJ Dwayne, DJ Panhead, Gugu Mental and Di Unit Muzik, who are expected to keep Fort Clarence Beach rocking throughout the Independence Day festivities.
For Jerome Walters, Brand Manager for Campari, the partnership reflects the brand’s continued commitment to supporting Jamaica’s biggest entertainment experiences.
“Campari has always been about bringing people together through unforgettable experiences, and Sandz embodies that. Independence Day is one of the most significant celebratory days on our calendar, and we’re excited to once again be part of an event that captures the energy, culture and vibrancy of Jamaica. So, whether you’re coming for the music, the beach, the fashion or the Campari mixes, Sandz is where it will be this Independence Day.”
This year’s “Back 2 Basics” concept is designed to reconnect patrons with the authentic beach party experience that helped make Sandz one of Jamaica’s most anticipated holiday events.
According to Jermaule “Nino” Adair, promoter of Sandz, returning to the beach was an easy decision.
“Sandz has always been about creating authentic celebrations, and this year we’re taking it back to the essence of what made the event special. The beach, the coolers, the music and the people- that’s the magic of Sandz. We wanted to recreate that nostalgic feeling while still delivering the premium production and entertainment our patrons have come to expect. With the support of Campari, we’re confident this will be one of our biggest and best stagings yet.”
