Two men were killed in a fatal motorcycle collision on the Nompriel main road in Negril, Westmoreland, on Christmas Day (December 25).

The deceased have been identified as 22-year-old Andre Clarke, otherwise known as ‘Bugee Man,’ a bike taxi operator from Whitehall in the parish, and 24-year-old Tevon Allen, from a Lionel Town address in Clarendon.

Reports from the Negril Police indicate that at about 6:30 am, Clarke was driving a motorcycle with Allen as a pillion passenger.

Upon reaching a section of the roadway, Clarke lost control of the motorcycle and collided with a large boulder. Both men were flung from the motorcycle and sustained multiple injuries.

The pair was taken to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
