After a T20 series in St Vincent, West Indies Women now turn to the ODI format as they prepare to face Australia Women in St Kitts.
Despite a 3-0 result in favour of the visitors, the Maroon Warriors showed fight against the world’s top-ranked side, with several players stepping up across the three matches.
Captain Hayley Matthews led from the front with bat and ball, while Deandra Dottin delivered key performances and Stafanie Taylor added experience to the lineup. Young opener Qiana Joseph also made strides, climbing the ICC T20 batting rankings after her efforts.
With a few changes to the squad, the ODIs present a fresh chance for West Indies to regroup and build stronger innings against a powerful Australian team. Fans in St. Kitts can catch all the action at Warner Park, with free entry for matches.
Matches start on March 27, followed by the second ODI on March 29 and the finals on April 2.
