Woman Ignite Success Summit 2025: Empowering women to reclaim their power and thrive

Dr Christopher Beleke Tabu ordained prophet and founder of the Faith Center, in Dallas, Texas headlines a powerful line-up of influential and awe-inspiring speakers, scheduled to take centerstage during the fourth staging of the Woman Ignite Success Summit 2025 (WISS). 

Other confirmed speakers include Megan Ashley, Atlanta-based Christ advocate and ‘In Totality’ podcast host; Dianne Fletcher, senior pastor of COTR, Kingston; First Lady Alicia Taylor, recording artiste and vocal coach; Dr Sara Lawrence-Lewis, consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist; Dr Shalette Ashman, CEO of Learning Hub Group; Latoya Williams, assistant vice president, Lending Solutions, VMBS; and Trudy Tucker, director and senior pastor of Family Word and Worship. 

These speakers will help women discover and ignite personal goals and passions, whether they need guidance for the workplace, leading corporate entities, running their own businesses, navigating school life, leading a ministry or in pursuit of purpose, among other life-changing topics. 

The much-anticipated event, scheduled for January 25 at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel, will be hosted by the Woman Ignite Foundation (WIF) and One Integrated Group (ONEGROUP).  

The 2025 Summit will be held under the theme ‘THRIVE’ with the objective of empowering women to reclaim their power and thrive in practical ways.  It is open to women 18-65 years old to connect and ignite their purpose, discover new possibilities, and foster meaningful connections with leaders, entrepreneurs, and policymakers across various platforms. 

Keneshia Nooks-Blake, founder and chief executive of ONEGROUP and WISS convenor, said they have created a space where women can engage their content and resources; a life changing experience that is inclusive to for all women. 

“Empowering women and girls especially those who are marginalized stand as a fundamental goal in shaping our world’s future. We are guided by our Christian faith, and have taken a leading role in championing gender equality since the inception of our foundation,” Nooks-Blake said.

“Our dedication to this cause is deeply ingrained in our work because we believe that when you empower women and girls through the impartation of knowledge, providing tangible skills and granting them equal access and opportunities, it positively impacts everyone involved,” she added. 

The Woman Ignite Success Summit is not just an event, it is a movement to inspire change. Their objective is to bring together hundreds of dynamic women, from diverse backgrounds, in an inclusive and nurturing environment. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from Christian ministers, educators, business leaders, and glass-ceiling breakers who will share invaluable wisdom on how to thrive in faith, relationships, business, career, entrepreneurship, and beyond.

The summit features expert-led workshops, keynote addresses, moderated interviews and testimonials on personal development, spiritual growth, financial literacy, mental health, marriage, and much more. This experience will provide attendees with the tools and insights they need to elevate every aspect of their lives.

“Since our inception in 2022, we have evolved into the Woman Ignite Foundation, and we are dedicated to empowering women from various backgrounds. WISS 2025 promises a rich blend of workshops, coaching sessions, panel discussions, that will offer insights and tools for personal growth. Our long-term goal is to unite thousands of women from around the world in a safe, empowering environment,” Nooks-Blake said.
