Jamaican entertainer Squash has been injured following a shoot out in Boward County Florida, that led to the death of two men.

The victims have been identified only by their alias, ‘Muscleman’ and ‘Fordlawd’.

The Boward County Police have launched an investigation into the matter, and two associates of the dancehall artiste are being questioned on the matter. The double murder was said to be a reprisal attack on the Squash, but, according to reports associates of the men have said they had nothing do with the attack on the DJ.

Squash, 27, whose given name is André Whittaker, is currently recovering from his injuries.

The DJ has denied any involvement in gang activities after his brother, Daniel Whittaker, believed to be the leader of the G-City Gang, was shot dead by the police in Jamaica.

The latest shootout is said to be a result of a gang war in Montego Bay, St James which has escalated to
