U20 Reggae Boyz trounce Cayman Islands 9-0 in CONCACAF World Cup qualifiers

Jamaica continues its perfect path with a 9-0 win against the Cayman Islands in Group B at Stadion Rignaal ‘Jean’ Francisca in Willemstad, Curaçao.

Jamaica lead group B with maximum nine points from three games following 3-0 win over Bonaire and 7-0 thrashing of Turks and Caicos.

Puerto Rico are second also on nine points after they beat Turks and Caicos 4-0. St Kitts and Nevis and Bonaire drew 1-1.

Substitute Jabarie Howell netted a five minutes hattrick scoring in the 88th, 90th and 90+3 minutes. Giovanni Taylor scored a brace in the 28th minute via a penalty and in the 33rd minute. Odane Wilberforce had opened the scoring with a header in the 19th while Orel Miller (52), Claver Nugent (71), Jahmarie Nolan (79) completed the rout.

Jamaica will face St Kitts and Nevis on Sunday and Puerto Rico on Tuesday, March 3 in what should be a group decider.
