The third staging of the highly anticipated Jammin Multicultural Festival is set to take place on Sunday (January 29) at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre at 2 p.m.
The music festival promises to provide patrons with an immersive entertainment weekend filled with music, street food-style dishes and drinks.
Through the sponsorship by Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum, the event will treat patrons to signature mixed drinks throughout the night.
The event will also feature a strong lineup of local and international Deejays including DJ Puffy from Barbados and DJ Silent Addy from the U.S.
Organizers of the cultural event treated patrons to a Pre Jamm at Tac Bar in Kingston on Thursday (January 19).
The Pre Jamm session treated patrons to cocktails courtesy of Wray & Nephew while DJs Tonio Chromatic and Heatwave Fatalic kept patrons dancing to a mixture of Soca and dancehall.
Dj Heatwave Fatalic, who attended the inaugural staging of the event in 2019 noted that: “events in Jamaica can get pretty predictable and I’m the type of person that likes to play some different stuff, so I was glad for the opportunity to play some things that you don’t usually hear at Jamaican parties.”
“Jammin is the place that packages that difference and presents it to patrons,” he further said.
Rounding out the entertainment lineup is Bloodline Franco from Jamaica as Fyahmatic and Ariez Chromatic act as hosts.
Early bird tickets are now sold out. Pre-sold tickets can be purchased at locations across Kingston and Genus Pharmacy in Portmore for $6500.
